MORE LATELY than LATELY

Well! We haven’t shared very much with what is happening in all of lives for a very long time so now that is more lately than lately, we will attempt to catch up as quickly as possible.

Everyone had a lot on their plates that they were dealing with. Spring had a rather slow start. It seemed that in Southern Alberta it was very dry and very cold. Everyone was worried about the crops and gardens. The Stakes and Wards fasted and prayed and waited and were relatively patient. Eventually, in the middle of June it rained significantly, enough to water everything thoroughly. It was green and beautiful and lush and then everyone complained about mowing lawns and weeding gardens. The crops were wonderful and so bountiful that people began to forget how blessed they were when things were so difficult in the spring.

School sped by. Brigham and JR graduated and had camps of all kinds. Clark and Grant had graduations too and triathlons. John and Amy travelled a great deal and took Lily with them. They are becoming seasoned travelers. Lisa eventually may find a way back closer to home and will hopefully find a spot where things are a little more calm. Karren was released from Relief Socity in the fall when they changed all of the Wards in her Stake. Grandma and Grandpa are still missionaries learning even better how to operate high hoes and to stack inventory.

Grandma Karren turned 92 in August.

Summer was wonderful and fall was more than packed with adventures and things that every person had to get done. There was a bit of a change with Covid and travel was possible again but things were not back to normal by a long shot.

As things move forward in 2023 there will be many new changes. Lisa will be a new place. There will be a new member of the Williams family. There will be more school, more holidays, more graduations, more fun things to do, more growing and more learning.

We will do our best to keep this more up to date and to keep sharing pictures and events with everyone so it will be less lately than lately.
